Release of ZOOOO-BetaCell-Expert-7B-v0.4 Baseline Model

ZOOOO-BetaCell-Expert-7B-v0.4 is a domain-specialized expert model focused on pancreatic beta cell biology.

This release represents an independently derived virtual beta-cell expert model, developed based on Os’ Lab’s proprietary ZOOOO model and jointly informed by domain knowledge and technological collaboration with Oda Pharmaceutical’s PPN technology.

Version v0.4 is built on top of the ZOOOO (mini version) model. ZOOOO is a closed-source, self-designed foundational model developed by Os’ Lab, with its architecture and training philosophy centered on structural reasoning and constraint-consistent learning.

ZOOOO-BetaCell-Expert-7B-v0.4 is released as a frozen baseline model for the ZOOOO virtual beta-cell line. It is not intended to be continuously updated, but to serve as a stable and well-defined reference point for subsequent versions (v0.5 and beyond).

Future iterations will be developed incrementally on top of this baseline, with a focus on improved causal alignment, reasoning stability, and domain-specific refinement.

### Comparison with v0.1

Compared to v0.1, v0.4 represents a decisive shift in both model foundation and stability.

While v0.1 was constructed by adapting existing external models using proprietary datasets, v0.4 is developed directly on top of Os’ Lab’s self-designed ZOOOO (mini version) model, jointly optimized with domain-specific data.

As a result, v0.4 demonstrates significantly improved internal consistency, stability, and causal reasoning alignment, establishing a much stronger and more reliable baseline for virtual beta-cell modeling.
